2006 – Project Manager, Evergreen Environmental, Inc. 

2003-2006 – Major, Training Division, Shepherdsville Fire and Rescue – Pre-planning of fire training classes for new and existing firefighters, coordinator of new training facility, and maintenance of training records and grants.

2000-2003 – Subcontract of General Motors Corp., Louisville, KY – Safety Inspector for reconstruction of plant, maintained work safety by keeping personnel in proper safety gear, updated safety procedures according to UAW standards.

1976-2000 – Firefighter/Chief (Volunteer/Career) – Edgewood Fire Protection District, Louisville , KY – Trained as firefighter in 1976, through extensive training and hard work moved through ranks and earned the position of Chief in 1995.  As Chief moved into a combination fire department consisting of both career and volunteer staff.  Began medical assistance with EMS .
