2008 – Project Manager, Evergreen Environmental, Inc.  

1998-2008 – Principal/Developer/Associate for various businesses in the mortgage and promotional industry.

1998–2001 – Promotion Director, Clear Channel Communications, Lexington , Kentucky – Secured trade business for promotional giveaways, organized and executed remote broadcasts from various locations.

1996–1998 - Corporate Safety Officer, Praxair, Inc., Geismar , Louisiana – Contracted individually for all aspects relating to safety and compliance.  Regulatory oversight of nearly 400 union/non-union personnel.  Invited to similar projects in Singapore following completion/declined.

1994-1996 – Site Manager/Corporate Safety Officer, Roy F. Weston Engineering, Inc., Atlanta , Georgia – Designed, estimated, bid and won multiple hazardous projects.  Oversight of over 100 site personnel, conduct daily safety meetings.  Oversights of landfill cap project using remote (satellite operated) equipment.  Remediation of Arsenic, PCB’s, etc.  Led crew from Mexico to Pennsylvania on mercury remediation for Tenneco Pipeline cleaning up manometer spills.

1991-1994 – Senior Technical Analyst/Senior Safety Office/Site Manager, Advanced Technologies, Inc., Lexington, Kentucky – Implemented/directed hazardous waste division.  Estimated, secured bid, and executed multiple projects profitably.  Managed all safety related compliance issues on all levels.  Created the corporate safety response plan, trained all personnel.  OSHA 1910.120, CPR and Standard First Aid Instructor.  Directed applicable DOT regulations as needed.

1988-1991 – Operator/Site Safety Officer, Enreco, Inc., Houston , Texas – Operation of excavator-mounted in-situ injection equipment.  All safety related duties including sampling, chain-of-custody, etc.

Group Responsibility  

Project Management in industrial cleaning, waste management, hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, site remediation, removal of underground storage tanks, OSHA and EPA compliance, and emergency spill response for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
