2002-2005 – Safety Director, Davis Piping contractor, Inc.  Responsible for training personnel in OSHA health and Safety standards and DOT pipeline safety regulations.  Implemented enforcement of OSHA Health and Safety regulations.  Provided project oversight as Safety Manger.  Advisor to supervisors during hazardous materials related projects.  Prepared written safety policies and manuals.  NCCER Master Instructor and Primary Administrator Instructor.

2001-2002 – Director of Corporate Health and Safety, Midwest Environmental Services.  Trained personnel in OSHA Health and Safety standards.  Implemented enforcement of OSHA Health and Safety regulations.  Provided project oversight as Safety Manager.  Advisor to supervisors during hazardous material related projects.  Prepared written safety policies and manuals.

1998-2001 –Instructor, United States Coast Guard.  Trained U.S. Coast Guard personnel on OSHA Health and Safety standards, OPA-90 plan regulations review, and enforcement policies.  Duties included hazardous materials response and federal on-scene coordinator.  Trained personnel in PPE, Solas, Vessel Boarding.  Also instructed MSTA School students when necessary.

1994-1997 – Pollution Response Office/Federal On-Scene Coordinator- New York , NY ; United States Coast Guard.  Managed responses to oil and hazardous materials. Trained new personnel in oil and hazardous materials responses.  Conducted on-site assessment for federal funded cleanup operations of oil and hazardous materials.  Reviewed OPA-90 plans for facilities and enforcing of federal policies.  Conducted vessel boarding facility inspections and pollution responses.
